1. Processing Times

• Same-Day Shipping: Orders placed on business days before 1:00 PM EST ship the same day.

• Standard Processing: Orders placed after 1:00 PM EST or on weekends/public holidays ship on the next business day.

2. USA Shipping Rates & Thresholds

• Continental USA: Orders over $99 ship FREE every day via standard shipping (excludes oversized, overweight, or select freight items).

• Real-time Rates: Actual carrier rates and estimated delivery dates for standard or expedited methods are displayed at online checkout.

3. Destinations

Equinavia ships exclusively to addresses within the United States and Canada. We do not ship to other international destinations. European customers should visit www.horze.eu.

4. Risk of Loss & Carrier Disclaimer

All purchases are made pursuant to a shipment contract. Risk of loss and title for products pass to BUYER upon transfer to the carrier at our fulfillment center. Equinavia is not liable for carrier delivery delays due to weather, natural disasters, power outages, or transit disruptions.
